  • How do I order a custom sign?

  • What is the lead time on custom signs?

    Generally, our custom sign orders are turned around within 3-5 business days after artwork approval. The lead time depends on whether artwork proofing is required, changes to the custom sign artwork and whether specialty materials need to be sourced to make the sign. Nearly all of our custom signs are made in-house, locally in Australia so that we can get it to you as fast as we can.   • I have my own artwork to use for the custom sign. What format does it need to be in?

    High-quality artwork must be supplied as a digital file in JPEG, EPS or TIFF format. It needs to be a minimum of 300 DPI resolution to ensure the best quality print. Please place your order over the phone if you have your own artwork. Call us on 1800 620 816.
  • I need help creating an artwork for my custom sign. Is this service available?

    Yes, we have an in-house Design Team who can create the artwork for you. This will incur additional fees. Call us on 1800 620 816 to find out more.
  • Is artwork proofing available with custom signs?

    Yes, artwork proofing is available once orders are placed and it is free of charge! Just let us know when placing an order, so that we can get it arranged. Our Design Team will get in touch to kickstart the proofing process so that you can ensure the printed item is just like how you want it to be. All artwork proofing is done through our user-friendly proofing portal. Please note that artwork proofing may delay production time.
  • What is the artwork proofing process?

    1. Place your order over the phone with us and let us know if artwork proofing is required. 2. This is an important step! Your artwork is created and shared with you via email so you can easily make changes for free or approve it. Our Artwork Team will work with you to create what you need. The faster you get back to us, the faster you'll get your sign. 3. Once the artwork is approved, your sign will be printed and shipped to you as soon as possible.
  • If I order online do I get an artwork proof?

    No, it is not required as when using one of our DYO apps you can easily preview your custom sign before ordering. Once received we will begin processing your order straight to production. If you prefer to get an artwork proof, please call us on 1800 620 816 to place your order and let our customer service representative know.
  • Am I charged for multiple rounds of artwork amends?

    There is no extra charge if the artwork for a custom sign needs to go through multiple rounds of changes/proofing. However, we encourage you to have a checklist of all the requirements so these can be specified early on. This is so that your custom sign can be printed and delivered to you as soon as possible.
  • What materials can I choose from for custom signs?

    We have a large range of materials available to suit different applications. You can choose from aluminium, metal, polypropylene, self-adhesive polypropylene, corflute/multiflute corrugated plastic, self-adhesive vinyl, aluminium composite, SetonGloTM luminous/glow-in-the-dark and magnetic material - just to name a few.   • Are custom signs limited to just one-sided print, rectangular signs?

    Our custom signs service is not limited to just custom print. We can create signs of any shape and size, and print double or single-sided. Some examples of what we can create include shelf wobblers, bollard signs, 3D signs, signs with attachments like pegs or document holders, flip signs, floor stands, floor marking signs, window decals and much more.   • Are custom signs compliant with Australian Standards?

    We create custom signs based on the information provided by yourself - this includes pictograms, text sizes, legends, wording and colours. As such, we cannot state that our custom signs will comply with any particular Standards. It is your responsibility to ensure that the designed sign complies to the relevant Standard.
  • I ordered a custom sign from you before. Am I able to re-order it or do I have to recreate it?

    We make it easy for our customers to reorder their custom signs. There is no need to recreate it. Simply call us and reference the order number of when you last purchased that sign, and we will get it sorted for you.
